Travel costs (plane ticket, train ticket, bus fee, taxi fee, etc.) to and from the NARPI venues should be covered by participants or sponsoring organizations. Please wait to pay and book your flight until you receive a NARPI acceptance letter and billing statement by email.
NARPI’s long-term partner, MCC (Mennonite Central Committee), is providing scholarships for participants. The purpose is to enable participants to join NARPI Summer Trainings regardless of economic status. Scholarships are only available for participants living in Northeast Asia, and are intended to support up to 50% of the program fee. If needed, we encourage scholarship applicants to find a local sponsoring organization to cover the remaining cost.
Scholarships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Scholarship applications should be submitted by July 15, 2026, along with the NARPI Summer Peacebuilding Training application. No early payment discounts will be given to scholarship recipients.

If paid in May (with application submitted by May 25): 10% discount of the total amount
If paid by June 20: 5% discount of the total amount
If paid after June 20: No discount
Early payment discounts do not apply to scholarship recipients.
Participants may withdraw up to 20 days before the training begins with a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellation 19 days or less before the start date of the training.
For participants who had not yet sent the program fee or who were planning to pay in person in USD, we hold the same policy. In cases of cancellation up to 20 days before the training, we will request a bank transfer payment of 50% of the program fee. For cancellation 19 days or less before the start date of the training, we will request a transfer of the full program fee.
